  • Assessment and Preparation:

    • Inspect the existing tiles and substrate.
    •  
    • Protect surrounding areas. 
  • Tile Removal:

    • Pry up old tiles with tooling 
    • Remove adhesive residue from the substrate.
  • Substrate Preparation:

    • Repair or replace damaged substrate.
    • Clean the surface thoroughly.
  • Waterproofing (if required):

    • Apply a waterproofing membrane to the substrate.
    • Seal edges and corners.
  • Tile Installation:

    • Plan tile layout and mark reference lines.
    • Apply thin-set mortar to the substrate.
    • Lay tiles with spacers, adjust for alignment, and cut as needed.
  • Grouting:

    • Allow mortar to set (usually 24 hours).
    • Apply grout, press into joints, and wipe off excess.
    • Allow grout to cure.
  • Final Touches:

    • Optionally seal grout.
    • Clean the tile surface.
